SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager
Remote (Germany-based) | HQ in Munich | 20% Travel | €100,000 – €110,000
Darwin Recruitment is working with a boutique SAP SuccessFactors consultancy that specialises in Core HR implementations for a varied client base of mid-sized companies across Germany. With a small, experienced team and a growing pipeline of projects, they are looking to expand with a confident and capable SF Generalist.
The Role
You’ll lead client projects end-to-end-from initial scoping and workshops through to go-live. You should be confident working independently while still being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Lead design workshops, scoping sessions, and solution design
- Drive full-cycle implementations with minimal oversight
- Collaborate in team meetings and offer support when needed
- Travel up to 20% within Germany
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central
- Knowledge of EC Payroll is a plus
- Able to manage projects independently and “hit the ground running”
- Fluent in German, Professional English skills
- Must be based in Germany
