I have a new opportunity with a leading industrial equipment company for an experienced Compressor Service Technician supporting customers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a field-based role working on industrial compressed air systems across the technology, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing industries.
The Role
- Troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain industrial air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on compressed air systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
- Recommend repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance solutions to customers.
- Complete service reports and maintain service vehicle inventory.
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering excellent field service.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience servicing rotary screw, oil-free, and/or oil-flooded air compressors (required).
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial rotating equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in the field.
