Job title – SAP HCM Consultant (Payroll & Time Management)

Project focus
You’ll support a major German manufacturing client in a company-wide SAP HCM transformation. This includes customizing and rolling out SAP HCM modules with a strong focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT). You’ll also play a key role in their shift toward S/4HANA and the early stages of SuccessFactors adoption, while collaborating directly with HR and IT stakeholders.
Key skills and experience required
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management
- Good understanding of German payroll processing, schemas, and compliance
- Solid background in customizing and supporting SAP HCM modules
- Experience integrating HCM with SAP Finance and SuccessFactors
- Able to manage HR-related IT projects independently
- Skilled in collaborating with business users and HR departments
- Fluent in German and English
