The Opportunity
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive our commercial expansion
across the UK, Europe, and the US. This role will focus on winning new business,
managing high-value accounts, and building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and close new business opportunities in key international markets
* Build and manage relationships with existing clients
* Identify market trends and provide feedback to product teams
* Represent Company externally at events and client meetings
* Maintain accurate reporting and CRM management

Candidate Profile
* Strong background in maritime sales (SaaS preferred)
* Maritime industry knowledge is an advantage
* Proactive and strategic sales mindset
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Based in the UK or Europe (visa sponsorship available if required)

Compensation
* Salary: Flexible depending on experience
* Commission:
o 8% on new client revenue
o 3% annually on existing account revenue (where applicable)
