Title: Project Manager – UKG Pro WFM (Fully Remote, US Citizens Only)
Location: Fully Remote – United States (US Citizens Only)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager with specialized expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) to provide strategic project management support for top-tier clients. This fully remote role requires US citizenship and offers the opportunity to lead complex projects while mentoring and managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee teams of consultants and analysts to ensure UKG Pro WFM projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specifications.

Delegate tasks and assignments effectively based on expertise, experience, and timelines.

Manage client relationships and project engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver key project management deliverables, including project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.

Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Assess project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support project promotion and training.
-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management in UKG Pro WFM environments.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
-
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications are a must.
Additional Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen.

Ability to work fully remotely across US time zones.

Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
