Your tasks
- Strengthening our central costing department with your sound construction experience
- Providing expert advice and support to our Construction Project Management teams in your role as architect or civil engineer.
- Preparation and review of calculations for CAPEX measures, renovations of existing buildings and tenant improvements – in the commercial and hospitality sectors.
- Identification and analysis of cost optimization potential in our projects.
- Development and continuous improvement of a cross-team cost database.
Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification; alternatively, relevant technical or commercial training with corresponding professional experience.
- Several years of experience in construction cost calculation with a focus on construction services in cost groups 300 and 400 (building in existing structures) as well as a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working.
- Proficient use of MS Office and common calculation software (e.g. ORCA, California, BKI).
- A structured, analytical and independent work style paired with negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, high level of commitment and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Excellent German skills; good English skills are required.
