The client is evolving the B2B, customer-facing side of its platform: admin portals, self-service tools and multi-entity account structures used by employer customers. You will take over product work already in progress and keep the roadmap moving while a platform migration runs alongside ongoing commercial delivery. HR system integrations (HRIS, payroll, employee data sync, import and export flows) sit at the heart of the work, and the team builds in a spec-driven, AI-assisted way.
Key skills and Experience required
- 7+ years in product management, including senior PM ownership of B2B customer-facing web products such as admin portals, self-service tools and multi-entity account structures
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and integrations: HRIS, payroll, employee data sync, import and export flows
- Proven ability to drive platform migrations with strong systems thinking while still delivering commercial outcomes
- Defines and tracks success and guardrail metrics to protect a high-quality customer experience
- Writes clear, structured PRDs that engineering can build from directly, within a spec-driven development approach
- Uses AI tools day to day in your own discovery and documentation
- Onboards fast and works independently: picks up running work, keeps the roadmap moving and manages stakeholders with minimal supervision
- Available as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: B2B experience in the Swedish or Finnish market, and an HR-tech background
