Role: Payroll Admin (Paylocity)

Main Objectives

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing: gross-to-net, off-cycle runs, reconciliations, and final submissions.
• Manage time & attendance: validate timesheets, handle approvals, review exceptions, and follow-up on missing timecards daily.
• Administer payroll data: employee records, deductions, taxes, bonuses, and retro pay.
• Prepare payroll reporting & audits: pre/post payroll checks, discrepancy resolution, and compliance adherence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders: HR, managers, and clients to ensure approvals and accuracy.

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong Paylocity expertise is ideal, to navigate client-specific workflows efficiently
• Knowledge of California payroll preferred but not essential; must be able to discuss nuances if required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage manual processes effectively.
• Experience with both exempt and non-exempt payrolls.
• Confident and professional, capable of operating in a visible client environment.
