You will be working on enhancing a Salesforce Service Cloud environment focused on improving customer support operations. The role involves building scalable solutions, streamlining case management processes, and integrating Salesforce with external platforms to create a seamless support experience.
Key skills and Experience required
- Strong hands-on development experience within Salesforce Service Cloud
- Solid coding ability using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Experience configuring core Service Cloud features (cases, workflows, service console)
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs
- Good understanding of data structures and platform architecture within Salesforce
- Experience building and optimizing automation using Flow
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
