This is a sales-focused recruitment role, not an HR position, with strong earning potential and clear career progression.

Working Hours

13:00-22:00 SAST

Our teams operate across international markets, with a strong focus on the US, so flexibility around these working hours is essential.

Umhlanga, Durban – Office Based

Remote work is not available. Applicants outside KZN may be considered, but must be willing to relocate and work full-time from our Umhlanga office.

Uncapped Commission – No thresholds, no limits. Our top-performing consultants can earn R25K+ per month in commission, on top of their base salary.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.

Source, qualify and engage candidates within your specialist market.

Build and develop strong client and candidate relationships.

Develop your own market, network and candidate pipeline.

Work closely with international Sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of your desk.

Work towards and exceed individual recruitment KPIs and commercial targets.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of recruitment experience is preferred.

Strong sales ability or a proven hunter mentality.

A driven, ambitious mindset with a genuine hunger for success.

A proven ability to work towards and exceed KPIs and targets.

Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

A coachable attitude and genuine desire to develop your recruitment career.

Comfortable working 13:00-22:00 SAST to support the US market.

Ability to work full-time from our Umhlanga office.
