About the Role
Join a leading industrial air compression provider serving the oil & gas and energy sectors. This field-based role focuses on growing business across the Permian Basin by developing new accounts, managing key relationships, and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across oil & gas operators, EPCs, and industrial customers
- Conduct proactive prospecting through calls, emails, and site visits
- Build relationships with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
- Present technical air compression solutions and support project opportunities
- Maintain CRM activity and provide territory updates
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience (air compressors, rotating equipment, or related industrial products preferred)
- Experience selling into oil & gas operators or EPC contractors
- Strong prospecting and territory development skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout West Texas
- CRM proficiency
