About the Role
A leading HR technology and consulting firm is seeking a UKG Pro Lead with deep Timekeeping module expertise to manage large-scale UKG Pro implementations. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring a combination of technical mastery, strategic thinking, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will engage at a senior level with enterprise clients, translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, and mentor junior team members while developing tools and artifacts to streamline implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UKG Pro implementations, with a focus on Timekeeping module configuration and optimization.
- Serve as the primary technical and functional lead, translating complex business requirements into scalable UKG Pro solutions.
- Develop artifacts, tools, and templates to support efficient and repeatable implementations.
- Act as the face of the project, conducting executive-level discussions and managing client expectations.
- Mentor and guide consultants and analysts, fostering technical growth and professional development.
- Configure Timekeeping workflows, integrations, and customizations to meet client-specific needs.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and client training sessions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations, processes, and project deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience implementing and leading UKG Pro solutions, with strong expertise in Timekeeping module.
- Experience managing large-scale implementations (10,000+ employees or enterprise-scale clients).
- Proven ability to take business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels.
- Technical leadership and mentorship experience, guiding junior consultants or analysts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
