As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex industrial and commercial energy projects, overseeing delivery from concept through to commissioning and operation. Working at the intersection of energy, software, IoT, and automation, you’ll play a key role in delivering intelligent energy management and optimisation solutions for customers across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver complex customer projects from planning through to operational handover

Manage energy management system (EMS) implementations, including forecasting and optimisation solutions

Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, IT, automation, and customer stakeholders

Oversee project schedules, resources, milestones, quality standards, and risk management
-
Support system commissioning, configuration, customer training, and ongoing technical support
-
Analyse operational data and customer feedback to improve performance and drive innovation

Contribute to product development and future technology strategies

Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Process Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent technical qualification)

Proven project management experience delivering complex technical projects

Knowledge of energy management systems, battery storage, renewable generation, or flexibility solutions
-
Experience with PLC systems, IoT technologies, and industrial automation environments

Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, and/or Python
-
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
-
Fluent German (C1+) and strong English (B2+)
