Mechatronic Technician
A global leader in logistics, operates highly automated sorting and conveyor systems across its sites.
They are currently seeking a Mechatronics Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of these systems.
Responsibilities:
Carry out maintenance, repair, and servicing of conveyor and automated sorting systems
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
Perform preventive maintenance to minimise downtime
Support operational teams during technical issues
Monitor external contractors and ensure work is completed to standard
Manage spare parts and act as a technical point of contact on site
Profile:
Completed training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and reading technical drawings
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Organised and comfortable coordinating with suppliers and contractors
