Project focus
An employee benefits platform operating a B2B2C marketplace is bringing in senior product managers across three areas: the core platform (wallets, balances, credits, vouchers and payments, including a migration delivered alongside commercial work), the employer portal (HR system integrations such as HRIS and payroll, employee data sync and import/export), and the consumer app and web experience (merchant search and discoverability, payment flows and user profile). Each role owns its domain end to end and works in an AI-assisted, spec-driven way.
Key skills and Experience required
- 7+ years in product management, including senior PM ownership of a backend or platform domain end to end
- Hands-on B2B2C or marketplace experience, ideally covering wallets, balances, credits, vouchers, benefits or payments
- Strong use of AI tools in discovery and documentation, writing clear, structured PRDs that engineering can build from directly
- Able to onboard quickly and work independently, managing dependencies and keeping engineering unblocked with minimal guidance
- Experience defining success and guardrail metrics, and balancing platform or migration work with commercial delivery
- Domain exposure in one of: platform/payments, HR systems and integrations (HRIS, payroll), or consumer app and web at transaction level
- Fluent English and availability ASAP (or from December for the app/web profile) for at least 6 months
- Nice to have: B2B experience in the Swedish or Finnish market, and a background in employee benefits, HR-tech or fintech
