A leading European space technology company is seeking a Marketing & Branding Manager to take ownership of its global marketing and brand strategy.
Working at the forefront of Earth Observation, geospatial intelligence and environmental monitoring, the business delivers innovative solutions for organisations including the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Commission and government agencies across Europe.

The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll lead the company’s marketing activities, combining strategic planning with hands-on creative execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing and branding strategy.
- Strengthen and evolve the corporate identity across all digital and offline channels.
- Position the business within the international space and geospatial industry.
Creative Design & Content
- Create premium marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, infographics, campaign assets and technical visualisations.
- Produce engaging content for LinkedIn, the company website, newsletters and industry publications.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all communications.
- Produce video content and, ideally, 3D animations focused on space and Earth Observation.
- Utilise AI-powered creative tools to improve content quality and production efficiency.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and develop the company website using WordPress and Elementor.
- Own LinkedIn strategy, email marketing and content planning.
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Project Marketing & Events
- Create marketing material supporting projects delivered for ESA, the European Commission and other institutional customers.
- Organise exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
- Support business development and project teams with marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic marketing expertise with exceptional creative ability and understands how to communicate highly technical products to an international audience.
Essential Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing, Branding or Communications role.
- Previous experience within the Space or Aerospace industry is essential, ideally within Earth Observation, Geospatial, Remote Sensing or Satellite Applications.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
- Experience using Canva, Figma or Affinity Designer.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, Mailchimp and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
- Experience producing content for LinkedIn and other professional channels.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good German language skills.
- Must hold an EU passport or have the unrestricted right to work within the European Union.
Desirable
- Experience working with ESA, the European Commission or other institutional customers.
- Video production and 3D animation experience.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or Runway.
- Knowledge of geospatial technologies, GIS or climate intelligence.
