Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Freelance Recruiting Assistant to support recruitment coordination and recruiting operations across the EMESA region within a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and recruitment administration.
• Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities.
• Provide operational support during periods of high hiring activity.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
