Senior EHS Specialist / EHS Specialist
Austin, Texas | Mega-Scale Datacenter Project | Permanent
We are supporting a private client delivering a 4000+ acre hyperscale datacenter project and are actively seeking experienced EHS professionals to join the team.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, field presence, and the ability to work closely with contractors, and project leadership teams across large-scale construction environments.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience for Senior/ EHS Specialist
* Experience on datacenter or mission critical construction projects
* Background working for an Electrical Contractor, General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, or Owners Representative environment
* Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance, permits, audits, incident investigations, JSAs, PTW, and contractor safety management
* Comfortable engaging directly with clients, project executives, and subcontractors daily
* Proven direct hire tenure and stable project history preferred
