InRiver Consultant / Solution Engineer / Architect
Location: Fully Remote
Contract Length: 12 Months Initial Contract

We are currently supporting a leading customer in Canada that is looking to strengthen their InRiver capability across a number of key projects.
We are looking for InRiver Consultants, Solution Engineers, or Architects who can help bring greater structure to product data, improve the overall setup of the platform, and ensure InRiver is supporting the wider business effectively.
This role will play a key part in helping the customer improve data quality, streamline product information workflows, and make it easier to deliver accurate and consistent product data across eCommerce, sales, and marketing channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the design, optimisation, and ongoing improvement of the InRiver environment
- Help structure and manage complex product data more effectively
- Improve data quality, governance, and consistency across the platform
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure InRiver supports core business processes
- Streamline workflows related to product information management
- Support integrations, data flows, and downstream usage of product data across key channels
- Help ensure accurate product information is delivered across eCommerce, sales, and marketing
- Provide best practice guidance around InRiver configuration, usage, and scalability
Ideal experience:
- Strong experience working with InRiver in a Consultant, Solution Engineer, Architect, or similar capacity
- Good understanding of PIM, product data, data governance, and workflow optimisation
- Experience helping customers improve the structure and quality of product information
- Ability to work across both business-facing and technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting eCommerce and digital product data initiatives
- Previous experience with integrations, data mapping, or platform design is highly beneficial
Contract details:
- Fully remote
- 6 Month Contract
- Strong likelihood of extension
