Our client is seeking an experienced E-Invoicing Integration Expert to support the implementation and adoption of a next-generation e-invoicing platform across a diverse customer base. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on integrating client systems, configuring platform capabilities, and ensuring seamless end-to-end invoice processing. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and developers to deliver successful onboarding and robust integration solutions, with exposure to French e-invoicing frameworks and evolving digital compliance requirements.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Proven hands-on experience delivering e-invoicing or EDI integration projects.
- Strong background in customer onboarding and technical implementation activities.
- Experience configuring e-invoicing platforms and supporting customer-specific setups.
- Ability to map and transform invoice data between customer systems and platform requirements.
- Practical knowledge of API integrations and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Experience creating or maintaining technical integration and implementation documentation.
- Skilled in testing complex business scenarios and validating end-to-end transaction flows.
- Understanding of data validation, workflow statuses, exception handling, and go-live readiness.
- Ability to collaborate with product and development teams to define and support new functionality.
- Experience with French e-invoicing initiatives, including PDP, PPF, Chorus Pro, or similar frameworks, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards such as XML, UBL, PEPPOL, or EDI is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and technical stakeholders.
- French language skills are beneficial but not essential; strong English communication is required.
