Contractor Operations Manager
I have worked within the Recruitment Sector for various companies over the past 20 years joining Darwin in September 2020. I am based in Manchester and was the first fully remote worker employed by the company.
On my 1st anniversary of joining Darwin, I was promoted to Contract Operation’s Manager of a team that deals with tasks relating to Contract Payroll, management of Contractor Care for all Darwin Company Entities, responsible for monitoring and resolving screening, payment, and invoice queries for both workers and clients, building relationships internally as well as with our clients and contractors/workers, collation of various Management Information reporting requirements for both internal & external Stakeholders, maintenance of both external portals as well as in-house systems to name just a few of the daily tasks undertaken. We are also available to deal with any and all ad-hoc requests and projects if and when required.
Within my initial year at Darwin, I have created, tested, and implemented various improvements to streamline processes for the Darwin Business as a whole and have been well received by all parties with more to follow throughout the next 12 months.
Outside of work, I spend my free time socialising with friends and family, reading, and looking for the next holiday destination due to my passion for adventure and travel.
