I'm working with a leading product development partner to NATO, they work with several countries' security systems and communication for national security and public defence. Their systems have been used during and created as a result of, catastrophic events across the globe and they have several innovative yet challenging products for leading agencies in law enforcement, security, and utility industries.

Education:

  • Master Norwegian and English well, both written and orally

We are looking for a senior designer to join our design team. Work with the best in the business on critical systems in the defence industry.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to work with many disciplines: developers, designers, project managers and domain specialists
  • Knowledgeable about design processes and system design
  • Curious and innovative
  • Confident in their skills and abilities
  • Methodical and committed

Your job would include

  • Mapping the design needs and helping structure the design process
  • Gaining deep insights from the users and domain through field-testing and research
  • Cooperation

Our ideal candidate would have

  • At least 3 years of experience as a UX-Designer
  • Experience with some of the following:
  • Critical systems
  • Military applications
  • Map-systems
  • Real-time systems
  • Strong social skills and personal drive
  • Understanding of the military domain
