- 5+ years experience as project manager or test leader

- Experience with flexible methodology such as Scrum, Lean and Agile is a bonus. They can provide relevant certifications such as Prince2.
- Previous consulting experience will also be an advantage.

My customer based in Berlin are in need of a freelance HR Business Partner. Starting ASAP. One of our long-standing tech clients are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in Berlin. They are one of the leading companies in next-generation payments and continue to grow each day. Your main responsibility will be handling employee relation matters for their German office, and support management/leadership with changes and policies. Other tasks will include; Supporting and assisting with employee relations, regarding development and change. Addressing circumstances where employees could encounter difficult situations in the work place. Providing solutions to best fit business and working environment needs. Leading adherance to labour law, policy queiries and the working environment. Handling legal employment aspects. Knowledge of the German labour law and German language is required. Experience with the Dutch law is admirable but not essential. This project will be starting at the beginning of August, and will continue for 3 months with expected extension.
