Darwin Recruitment is an award winning Tech agency based in Billericay with offices all round the globe. We have been successfully trading in the German technology market for over 16 years, with a focus on selling permanent, contract and labour-leasing services to customers ranging from start-ups to corporate businesses and everything in between. Our permanent teams have been hugely successful, often winning "Team of the Year" awards and having the top selling sales consultants of the last 3 years within these teams.

Having focused on Berlin, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia and Munich, with our team of 20 consultants, we are now looking to expand into the Frankfurt market. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience who is looking for a chance to build their own success story and have a pathway (or immediate) leadership role within the German management team.

The Role

  • You must be able to understand IT architectures in differing client's businesses and generate new opportunities across that business
  • Strong technical understanding;
  • Should be competent to be a company subject matter expert in a niche area of technology
  • Performing the 360 recruitment role end to end as one of the lead performers in Darwin. To include; o Full recruitment process management o Expert at search work on all available resources o Outstanding data and workload management in the company CRM - Talent Rover o Outstanding new business developer and lead generator o Competent within account development and cross selling o Achieving all sales targets
  • Role model for the team
  • Putting forward ideas and suggestions to improve working practices and process and acting upon this where possible;
  • Ensures client interaction is outstanding;
  • Arranging and conducting client meetings and presentations in order to win business;
  • Achieving high sales targets set for you by your management;
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients;
  • Pipeline management and analysis via Cube19 to improve performance.
  • Creating strong business cases to consider new areas of BD to include technical verticals, geographies, delivery methods and more.
  • Dealing with drop-outs/ challenging situations in recruitment as a role model for the business.
  • Providing junior members of staff support and supporting management when requested.
  • Thinks about needs of the business and how this filters down to a recruiter;


  • 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within IT and a European market but not essential.
  • Desire to make the next step within their recruitment career.
  • Ability to work well within a team and support others when required with your experience.
  • Creative thinker and good eye for detail
  • Result orientated
