YOUR TASKS

  • Act as Talent Acquisition Specialist mainly for FinTech positions in Switzerland
  • Act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other HR specialists to ensure a positive candidate experience

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS

  • Relevant degree in HR or relevant/comparable work experience in recruiting
  • At least 2 years of professional in-house recruiting and sourcing experience from an international environment
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, quick comprehension and agility
  • Initiative, goal-oriented and assertive personality
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and oral
