System Engineer

We are in partnership with a leading independent trading and service company for bakeries/confectionery, gastronomy and care.

They are currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join their team in their Zurich Office.

In this position:

• Ensuring the further development of their ICT infrastructure solutions (AD/DHCP/DNS, server, storage/backup, networking, security, collaboration) as well as the existing architectures and security concepts
• Shared responsibility in exciting projects
• Further development of the processes together with the departments to increase digitization, automation and efficiency
• Processing of 2nd and 3rd level support requests and support of the on-call team

What you need:

• Completed IT training with a focus on systems engineering
• Sound experience in the areas of server and network infrastructure (Microsoft Server, virtualization, Azure Cloud, PowerShell)
• Know-how in process management and enjoyment of innovative ideas and solutions
• Structured way of working
• Strong team spirit and willingness to perform
• You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
