Darwin Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced System Engineer for Incident Management (w/m/d). Our client is a global player in Finance & Banking industry based in Zurich.

You will join the Digital Delivery team, responsible for Online Banking and other digital solutions across web and mobile channels, to support the company transforming its architecture, pushing forward with innovative solutions in various technologies.

Your responsibilities:

• Incident recovery and service requests and eure stability of the systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support with trouble-shooting
• Responsible to automate CI/CD and drive to improve monitoring set up
• Working with technologies and cloud services expanding the monitoring of platform components
• Managing software deployments in a fast paced, scalable, secure and consistent manner

Your experiences:

• Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science
• Strong knowledge in Unix/Linux, SQL (Oracle /Postgres) and MQ
• Experience in working with APIs (POST, GET etc.)
• Skilled in Java debug logs, log collection, Splunk or Graylog
• Knowledge in ITIL, KPI and KRI
