A leading telecom company is looking for a new contractor who will act as SuccessFactors LMS, Performance and Integration Consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure the SuccessFactors LMS solution and perform initial testing
  • Identify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements/customization
  • Test the SuccessFactors solution for accuracy and fulfillment of LMS solution
  • Train users in master data management, transactional activity, and report execution
  • Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) related to a Human Resources, Management, or IT discipline, or a related field of study;
  • SuccessFactors project implementation experience
  • Integration experience with other SuccessFactors process areas


  • SuccessFactors Integration Center experience
  • Learning center management: create and rollout learning modules in the multiple OpCos
  • Performance, Goals, Succession management
  • Backup and archiving
  • Maintain users and access
  • Experience in goal management, group management, report management (writing monthly quarterly reports)
  • Experience in learning management, user management, and the backlog is highly appreciated
