Solutions Architect needed in Amsterdam
For an international client I am actively looking for a VMWare Solutions Architect who will be act as the Technical Lead for Private Cloud Domain.
Main responsibilities:
* Takes ownership and drives change within the domain
* Supports Program/Project Manager in defining work packages and activities around Private Cloud
* Helps drive decision making by including relevant parties and gathering business and functional requirements
* Designs the private cloud environment and creates design guidelines for services
Job Requirements:
* Strong technical knowledge in VMware portfolio
* Experience with traditional data centre infrastructure and migration to VMware SDDC
* Knowledge of automation and integration with IT management tools
* Understanding of VMware licensing and private cloud security
* Experience in BCM, disaster recovery, and workload mobility
* Extensive experience in designing large-scale cloud projects
* Experience in application infrastructure design and implementation.
