This role

• Lead innovation projects in an agile software development environment
• Lead cross-functional teams from business plan to product release
• Coordinate the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure project goals are met
• Support the continuous improvement of our processes within the organisation as a whole
• Collaborate and support interrelated projects and teams to optimise the delivery of project programmes and systems across the project portfolio
• Act as a role model within our organisation and help create a motivating environment where team members can develop and utilise their full potential to deliver high quality products

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or comparable
• 2+ years experience in project management in an agile, complex software development environment
• Experience in embedded software development (e.g. C#, C++, C or Java) and/ or mobile application (e.g. iOS or Android) development is a plus
• Highly motivated, flexible, results and quality driven, customer focused team player
• Confident communicator with a critical mindset and diplomatic approach
• Enjoy working in an international environment and have an appreciation for different cultures
• Very good command of English, German is an advantage
