Service Engineer

Our client is currently recruiting for a passionate service engineer to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving the success of the global energy transition.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and training on cutting-edge machinery at various international customer sites, including production lines and advanced laboratories.
• Provide remote assistance and support to customers and service centres using tools like Teamviewer and phone communication.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation, including manuals, training materials, and up-to-date spare parts lists.
• Identify and report bugs while actively proposing innovative solutions and enhancements to the product management team.
• Actively participate in sales efforts, showcasing the value and capabilities of products and services to clients.
• Collaborate on internal projects during critical stages such as development, industrialization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background as a technician or engineer with expertise in areas such as electronics, automation, industrial systems, or computer science. Proficiency in one or more of these fields is essential.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a similar capacity.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.
• Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Office suite and SAP software.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 60-80% of working time, across various regions, including Asia, the Middle East, Europe, America, and Africa.
• Fluent in French (minimum level C1), with a good command of English (minimum level B2).
