The Role:
In the Senior Software Engineer role, you'll report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be primarily accountable for steering the business's cloud development efforts... Designing and implementing cloud applications using modern web/cloud technologies and helping to shape best practices on cloud development/deployment. You will identify opportunities for outsourcing and manage those projects as well.
Specific tasks include:
- Taking charge of the business's cloud development efforts
- Architecture, design and implementation of cloud application using modern web/cloud technologies
- Identifying opportunities for outsourcing and managing those projects
You'll spend part of the working week based in the company's Zurich office, and the rest of it working from home. Details around how this will work will be revealed on application.
The Candidate:
To be the right person for the Senior Software Engineer role you will need a background in designing and implementing complex cloud applications and infrastructure.
We also need you to have prior experience of deploying, testing, maintaining and monitoring cloud applications in a production system.
It's also essential that you've got experience of developing application back-/frontends.
It's important that you have a universitydegree in computer science or related technical field and excellent English skills: spoken and written.

The Package:
The basic salary for the Senior Software Engineer role is between CHF100,000 - CHF120,000 per annum.
