We are seeking a candidate who will be:

• Providing coaching and mentoring to junior software developers in the 3S team.
• Developing and upholding standardised development guidelines.
• Contributing to digitisation projects.
• Collaborating with the project management team to deliver projects within the scheduled timeline and budget.
• Conducting code reviews and assessments to ensure excellent quality.
• Participating in the planning and execution of architecture and design choices.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Completed IT education or training as a computer scientist, including lateral entrants.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software developer is required.
• Proficiency in C# programming and experience with a web framework like VueJs or Angular would be advantageous.
• The candidate must possess teamwork abilities, independence, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour.
• A high level of proficiency in German, and English proficiency at B1 level, is essential.
