Here at Darwin we are looking for experienced sales consultants to join our Munich office. Recruitment experience isn't a necessity as you will endure a clear induction and training programme when joining which will give you an insight to your specialist market. We have won countless awards since we were founded in 2001 and continue to grow and adapt into one of the worlds leaders in the Tech scene of recruitment! We have a very international office, but everybody speaks German.


  • Previous sales experience
  • The ability to work independently and towards KPI's/Targets
  • An outgoing and confident personality
  • Well organised and structured
  • Previous Recruitment experience
  • Experience working a full 360 desk (tech recruitment desirable)

The role:

  • Initiate new candidate and client platforms and expand relationships
  • Networking with all contacts and utilisation of the Business tools to initiate contacts with reoccurring future business
  • Creating, planning and meetings with candidates and clients
  • Identifying, qualifying and placing suitable candidates
  • To be accountable towards monthly targets
  • To develop new business and maintain existing business

On offer:

  • Salary €35,000 - €45,000
  • Uncapped commission structure starting at 10% (average deal size around €16,000)
