Salesforce Business Analyst - Freelance - Berlin

Our main Berlin client is in search of an additional Salesforce Business Analyst to work collaboratively across their Tech & Business teams in order to design a number of new features and solutions to meet new business requirements. This is a Freelance only opportunity starting remotely with a view to join their teams partially on-site in Berlin from August/September onward. The role requires a fluent English speaker.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Definition of Business Needs, Documentation
  • Development of new Salesforce User Stories with Product Owners
  • Coaching & Facilitating Key Salesforce Users to enable a higher User Adoption

Using your great communication and organisational skills as well as your experience in Agile/Scrum environments your hands on Salesforce experience will be put to great use inside this team comprised of in-house & external consultants. You will work with the Lead SF BA ensuring that all new requirements are accurately captured throughout.

You will need to be able to live & work in Germany for this role and be willing to travel to and/or relocate to Berlin if possible. All precautions will be taken in relation to Covid-19 and on-site work will only be required if there are safe working conditions to do so.
