B2B Marketing Manager - Zurich project - Long term contract The "Marketing & Digital" area is the central place where the marketing strategy for B2B customers is developed and implemented in close cooperation with (key) account management. The area consists of different departments that work closely with one another. My client is going through a major reorganisation/M&A and they want to become the most modern workplace in Switzerland, where flexibility and trust form the basis for successful cooperation and the individual work and life situations of each employee are included. The "Transformation Program" team is anchored directly in Human Resources and is responsible for the current transformation of my clients business. The ideal candidate should be a person who has (min. 5 years experience) in HR transformation processes and fluent in German and English. Tasks and areas of responsibility: Independent management of cross-departmental transformation projects in the HR department. Coordination of cross-functional support teams from the areas of people / HR, finance / controlling and communication, as well as external consultants.
