PMO Project Support
The project is related to the implementation of the software CAM (Credit Application Manager).
PMO role to support project manager in administrative tasks as:
- Meeting orgranisation
- Preparing management documentation to senior management
- Tracking project costs
- budget monitoring
- preparing slides and documents for management presentation
- planning support
- administrative tasks (setup meetings, follow-up with people not delivering on time etc.)
- good knowledge of MS Suite: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- fluent in German & English
- motivated to learn (new tools and procedures e.g. such as Jira, Confluence)
Nice to have:
- MS SharePoint, Teams
