Project Manager (Customer Service Team) / Telecoms / Zurich

Due to an unforeseen peak in workload, my client is searching for an additional Project Manager to join the Customer Value Management Team. Focus of this position will be on projects for the merge and integration of customer bases of two brands across Mobile and Internet/TV products and to ensure the best in class customer journeys across channels to facilitate buying and changing of products within brand and cross brand.

General Information:

  • Start date: October
  • End date: 31.03.2022 (extension likely)
  • Remote/Home Office: Home office possible, at least 3 days a week onsite required
  • Workplace: Zurich
  • Hourly Rate: Between CHF 90-100

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of measures for sustainable increase of customer value, loyalty and base size through up- and cross-selling measures
  • Projects to merge two brands on customer base level
  • Implement optimal processes for customers and agents to unsure positive NPS impact
  • Commercial lead of cross-divisional projects
  • Campaign and project responsibility for existing customers, from the idea, conception, implementation to success control
  • Ownership and steering of project and business relevant KPIs such us ARPU and upsell rate
  • You work cross functionally to successfully execute projects and campaigns
  • You present in front of and actively steer decision-making process with senior management
  • You create innovative and effective initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • You do a regular analysis and review of reporting and numbers and you are constantly looking for ways to improve them

Must Have:

  • At least 3 years of telecommunications experience in B2C
  • Experience across Base/CRM/Customer Experience departments
  • Experience in leading cross functional projects
  • Confident presenting to Senior Management
