Position goals:

  • Provide proactive support to the Project Manager, Head PMO, Roll-in Project Manager as member of the PMO team
  • Ensure high quality, timely materials are prepared for all key meetings
  • Ensure ad hoc information requests are recorded, monitored and delivered on time

Main tasks/activities:

  • Assist in project planning and tracking
  • Produce metrics and delivery reports
  • Assist in preparation for key meetings
  • Support sprint teams, scrum masters and product owners
  • Help to address ad hoc information requests
  • Support coordination of Supplier Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices
  • Assist in preparation and running of key governance meetings (project meetings arrangement, slides, minutes, support etc.)
  • Assist in roll in planning
  • Assist in developing change management plans
  • Assist in developing training plans
  • Assist in test planning

Position requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in PMO / Project Management
  • Works comfortably in fast-paced environment with last minute requests and changing priorities
  • Previous experience in implementation project
  • University/College degree in Finance, IT or comparable
  • Basic understanding of finance in an Insurance environment
  • Experience in Project Management and related methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage and work with an international team
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
