Marketing Automation Engineer - Marketing/Analytics/HTML/CSS/SQL/Cloud/German/Zug/Zurich A leading customer of mine in the Zurich area is looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer to join an exciting team. The business focuses on combining data science and analytics with marketing expertise to unlock digital potential and develop customer and investor relations. In this role, you would be responsible for: - Conception and specification of cloud-based marketing automation and solutions for our customers - Development and implementation of automated tracking, insights and campaign processes - Creation of selection logic for target groups and triggered actions - Producing performance and conversion reports - Configuration and development of interfaces for the integration of customer data - Collaborative project work in customer teams (remote and on site) as well as with stakeholders The company is looking for someone who has strong experience in HTML, CSS and SQL as well as experience in implementing web tracking and marketing automation solutions. Customer Analytics Manager - Stastistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, German, Zurich One of our leading customers in the consulting industry, is looking for someone to manage the Customer Analytics team and projects in various industries in the Swiss market. In this role, you would be responsible for customer analytics services in the digital intelligence business unit. This would include developing tailor-made solutions together with colleagues and customers. You will actively develop the business' reputation in the market, as well as developing services, skills and supporting the team in the development of methods, processes and technical solutions. To be considered for this role, you should have a university, ETH or technical college degree with a focus on natural sciences, mathematics, statistics, data science, business or IT. You ideally should have at least 5 years of proven experience in customer analytics; with experience in a consulting business being an advantage. You would ideally have experience of running/leading a team as well as managing projects successfully. You should be familiar with methods from the statistical environment as well as machine learning approaches. Industry experience (financial services or pharmaceuticals or industrial industries) would be helpful as well as dealing with analytics (segmentation, customer lifetime value, churn prediction, sales prediction, next best offer, etc......) Being familiar with CRM solutions and understanding customer life-cycle management is important; allowing you to develop targeted new solutions and services.
