For our customer we are currently looking for a PMO (f/m/d) for a 100% Remote position.

Tasks:

• Responsible for acting as the central point of contact to our internal partner delivering the Datacenter and networks
• Managing the central program "to-do" list that is reviewed and tracked in the daily standups
• Running the daily standup sessions
• Raising, tracking and driving forward all relevant topics with our counterparts in the new Datacenter
• Collating all blockers from the various workstreams of the program and ensure these are tracked and actioned
• Ensure the delivery and quality of the weekly progress reports from the individual workstreams
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of the various go-live runbooks

Skill Set:

Experienced project or PMO manager (5+ years) who is able to deal with the low level details;

Able to manage and maintain detailed and extensive to-do lists;

Experienced in acting as a central point for coordination of topics with both internal and external counterparties;

Experienced in Datacenter operations or Dataceneter move projects;

Very strong attention to detail;

Strong Investigative skills;

Ability to get up to speed quickly and learn a complex new environment;

Pro-active and willing to push things forward with urgency;

Flexibility and ability to react quickly to an every changing environment;

Fluency in English and ideally some knowledge of German and/or French;

Strong Team leadership, motivational and negotiation skills;

"Can Do" attitude and able to identify and set priorities;

Experienced with working with virtual/remote and diversified teams;

Ability to deal with stress and long working hours.

• French (nice to have)

First Order: 30 November

Option to extend: yes

Remote: 100%
