For a company with international renown we are looking for an PMO Executive Assistant.

Your primary tasks will be split in 3 different area's:

PMO Project assistance:

  • Cross checking of project materials and internal supporting materials.
  • Project/Portfolio Administration
  • Administration and support

Executive management support:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the SVP and the Corporate Comms team.
  • Instigate and organize various social gatherings.

Finance Office Management support:

  • Registering and processing purchase requisitions and orders in the systems
  • Organize monthly capex reviews and archiving the capex reports.

You will need(solid) experience in:

  • being a executive personal assistant in a international organization.
  • Project management.
  • Project administration and/or project support.

And you are:

  • Able to see the bigger picture between important and urgent matters.
  • Not afraid to alert others on important matters.
  • Very service and supportive orientated.
  • An multi-lever communicator and can manage expectations easily.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English(mandatory).
