What you will be doing

Build an effective self-managed and cross-functional team

  • Recruit people smarter and objectively better than one self
  • Execute the recruitment strategy with ads for all vacant developer roles
  • Aim high and challenge yourself and the team members to try, fail, learn, succeed and celebrate
  • Implement owned tasks in the 'Medium' and 'Normal' and priority items in the growth strategy

Be part of the Management team and lead the Platform team in role of senior manager

  • Create 5 annual objectives and associated actions in collaboration with each team member, Develop, manage and maintain the company through swift implementation of the management group decisions, Mentor and coach team members in every day tasks and to reach their objectives

Lead the development of platform systems in role of Product Owner

  • Take on the ad-hoc responsibilities no one else is assigned to, Take responsibility for the development, maintenance and support of the Virtuals game products, Create and maintain documentation in a way that is easy to delegate, understand and reuse for someone else, Identify and evaluate new tech that will help accelerate development, Create 5 team objectives and its associated actions for the coming year in collaboration with stakeholders
