If you are a Marketing manager and you are looking for a new opportunity with a exciting company I have a perfect opportunity for you

The client is based in Berlin but the role is remote for now - and would be a few days on site when safe to do so.

● You will be part of the Market expert team that develops and implements a strategy to successfully launch a new package structure

● Translate the strategy into campaign briefings, training materials and sales materials for all our sales channels, from key account management to external sales partners.

Deal with the interface between Marketing and Sales, ensuring our Sales team is as prepared as possible.

Develop effective communications for our commercial client, using a variety of different channels to get our

message across.

Independently manage external partners and agencies.

Translate complex tasks into clear insights and recommendations for action for the sales team using relevant metrics.

● Independently design and organize projects to generate new leads, e.g. relevant webinars, lecture series,

collaborations, etc.

What they need from you:

● You have a least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing - ideally with a sales focus.

Experience in eCommerce is an advantage.

● You are emphatic and can mediate between many different internal and external stakeholders.

● You have a feel for topics that fascinate our customers, understand their needs and can derive appropriate actions

from this.

● Pragmatic approach and know when an issue requires 100% and when 60% is enough.

● You are motivated, like to work "hands-on" in cross-functional teams and have the ambition to make a difference and

take responsibility.

● You are used to a structured, solution-oriented as well as independent way of working.

● Good communication skills, bring a confident and convincing appearance and also speak good English.
