We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing large-scale, cloud-based infrastructures, as well as leading teams of DevOps professionals. As our Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our data-driven solutions for defense and military clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps toolchain

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, security professionals, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions

Establish and maintain best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code

Develop and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the uptime and availability of our applications and services

Requirements:

Active security clearance (Secret or higher)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related field

Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Experience leading and managing teams of DevOps professionals

Strong background in CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code

Linux/Unix experienceand or including command line and shell scripting
