A global pioneer in strategy and business solutions is looking for a Lead Data Engineer with background in AWS or Azure Cloud to join their international team of experts.
You will be leading data architects and engineers, mentoring and developing your team's talent, leading projects and designing data architectures, deploying machine learning models in production and contributing to the overall solution, integration and enterprise architectures.
Main expectations of the role:
- 8+ years of experience working on a large scale, full lifecycle data implementation projects
- 2+ years with AWS/Azure/GCP data stack and deployment of data pipelines in the Cloud
- Hands on experience in an RDBMS Technology, Big Data Technology or Enterprise Data Management
- Expertise in developing ETL/ELT workflows with Python, Scala or Java
- Deep knowledge of SQL and relational database technology
- Technical expertise in data models, analysis, programming, stored procedures
- Great communication skills / leader mentality
