We are partnering a leading automotive company based in Dusseldorf, looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. You will have sole responsibility for co-ordinating all internal IT projects, with the end goal of utilising IT in all business units. Through your work you will support the digitalization of internal systems and working on IT projects in security, global help desk IT, SAP and much more…

Responsibilities:

• Plan, co-ordinate, and manage IT projects from inception to completion
• Ensure that all IT projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as required
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Continuously review and evaluate project status, risks, and issues, and provide regular reports to management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and provide feedback to project teams as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with a variety of IT topics like, Security, SAP, Help Desk etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in the automotive industry is preferred
