Your role:

You will be working as an Application Manager/IT Specialist. You will be the support when customers are new and need consultative advice/information about the hospital. You will be using the software and setting up rights and organisation units and explaining how to use them.

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years' experience working with software and IT.
  • Experience working within Swiss hospitals.
  • Some requirements engineering experience.
  • Ability to be Consultative and help with customer care.
  • Be the person to go to for IT and customer support.
  • Understand Clinical information systems.
  • Speak fluent German and Good English and understand Swiss German
