HR Transformation Manager - External Contract - M&A Transformation - Zurich

I am currently looking for an HR Transformation Manager for an (external) contract opportunity that will become internal (permanent) next year.

My client is going through a major reorganisation/M&A and they want to become the most modern workplace in Switzerland, where flexibility and trust form the basis for successful cooperation and the individual work and life situations of each employee are included. The "Transformation Program" team is anchored directly in Human Resources and is responsible for the current transformation of my clients business.

The ideal candidate should be a person who has (min. 5 years experience) in HR transformation processes and fluent in German and English.

Tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • Independent management of cross-departmental transformation projects in the HR department.
  • Coordination of cross-functional support teams from the areas of people / HR, finance / controlling and communication, as well as external consultants.
  • AZ Responsibility for the coordination of the respective project streams - from project conception to ensuring implementation. Typical phases are:
  1. Coordination of the initiative development including business cases, implementation plans and communication concepts.
  2. Control and tracking of the implementation of measures.
  • Strengthening the effective cooperation between the merged companies and the group.


  • At least 5 years of in-depth experience in accompanying change processes, especially after M&A with a solid background in personnel processes.
  • Completed business studies, with HR training, ideally Project Mgmt certification, combined with experience in a similar environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels within an organization (especially at C-level).
