HR Transformation Manager - Contract to Permanent - M&A Transformation Program - Zurich

I am currently searching for a HR Transformation Manager on a contract opportunity that will become internal (permanent) later this year.

My client is going through a major reorganisation/M&A and they want to become the most modern workplace in the Swiss market, where flexibility and trust form the basis for successful cooperation and the individual work and life situations of each employee are included. The "Transformation Program" team is anchored directly in Human Resources and is responsible for the current transformation of my clients business.

The ideal candidate should be a person who has (min. 5 years experience) in HR transformation processes, project experience, and is fluent in German and English.

Tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • Independent management of cross-departmental transformation projects in the HR department.
  • Coordination of cross-functional support teams from the areas of people / HR, finance / controlling and communication, as well as external consultants on a case-by-case basis.
  • A-Z responsibility for the coordination of the respective project streams - from project conception to ensuring implementation.
  • Coordination of the initiative development including business cases, implementation plans and communication concepts.
  • Strengthening the effective cooperation between the merging companies.

Conditions:

  • At least 5 years of in-depth experience in accompanying change processes with a solid background in personnel processes.
  • Completed business studies, ideally with HR training or Project Management.
  • Fluent in German and English (French - optional).
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels within an organization.

  • Remote / home office: currently home office, individual working days in the office possible by arrangement.
  • Place of work: Opfikon, Switzerland.
